Surface dressing
Surface dressing is a preventive road treatment to increase the life time of the road. The new surface is constructed through spraying the polymer modified bitumen emulsion and afterwards spreading stone chips (crushed mineral materials)
The Surface dressing prevents the degradation of the wearing course and prolonges the life time of the road surface up to 10 years.
Compared to the hot asphalt repair technology, the surface dressing has the advantages to be cost-effective, easier to apply - on average 10 000 m?/ per day – restores rapidly the road characteristics and is also environmentally friendly.
